Rating Requests are how verified interactions become reputation — but only after a clear eligibility process. Users cannot simply rate each other after matching.
How it works
•1. Both users match
•2. Both users exchange at least one message
•3. Both users place each other into a Catalog Folder
•4. One user sends a Rating Request
•5. The other user accepts
•6. A 24-hour timer begins
•7. Both users complete their ratings
•8. Neither user can see the other's ratings until BOTH submit
•9. Each user may Accept, Negotiate, or Refuse the ratings they receive
•10. Accepted ratings become part of Reputation Intelligence
Important things to know
•You cannot simply rate someone after matching — all eligibility steps are required
•Both users must message and be in a folder before a request can be sent
•Ratings are blind until both submit — no one can peek
•You can Negotiate if you disagree, or Refuse to exclude a rating from your reputation
•Only accepted ratings count toward your reputation
Tips & Best Practices
•Message first — don't rush a Rating Request
•Place each other in a folder to unlock eligibility
•Complete your ratings within the 24-hour window
•Use Negotiation if you feel a rating is unfair
•Accept ratings that feel fair to strengthen your reputation
