We store data only as long as needed to operate the platform and meet our legal and safety obligations: Active account data: • Profile information: Until account deletion or deactivation • Messages: Until deleted by user or account closure • Photos: Until account deletion • Ratings and feedback: Until account deletion or platform retention rules apply Inactive account data: • After 12 months: Data flagged for review • After 24 months: Account eligible for closure Some categories of data may be retained beyond these periods where required for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, or platform integrity (see below).
